First question I got is Which diet plan is better, Medifast or Jenny Craig? Thanks in advance for any answer. Another question on my mind: What the heck happened? I weight myself on Mondays and Thursday and today I GAINED 1.8 lbs. I have not cheated at all and I bought those Keto sticks and I am still in fat burning. This is my 4th week..

Did this happen to anyone else??..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could help you..

No loss or even a small gain is not uncommon during weeks 3 or 4..

There are many reasons that can affect it, even if you are on plan. Exercise, water retention, increased sodium, PMS/TOM. I also think that sometimes, especially after losing a lot, our bodies just decide that it's time to hold tight for a week or two. And I know that I have had slow/no weeks and yet had inches disappear because I fit into a new size or tighten my belt another notch..

The scale is not everything. If you're on plan, then just keep plugging away, it WILL come off!.

My experience is that when I eat something higher in sodium I go up a couple pounds for a day or two. I stopped drinking Diet Coke for two days and my weight went down, then I caved in and had two at work yesterday, plus chicken soup for lunch, and just that sodium caused me to gain a pound this morning, as well. I know it's just water retention, so I don't worry about it too much. And I really do love my Diet Coke, so I'm willing to live with the extra water weight....

Good luck to you, and don't worry about it too much ... I'm sure it will come off when you weight again...

Don't get discouraged. I am actually going through the same thing right now and I have been more on plan than I ever have been in the past (weighing and measuring everything along with drinking all my water). I actually gained a pound and a half and then came back to my weigh in weight in the last week so I am waiting for Monday to see where I stand. Just keep up the hard work and it will come back down...

I'm finishing week four and have been stuck for a week and 100% on program. Just going to wait it out and see when the scale moves again...

We need more details to give you better suggestions/trouble shoot! Can you give us a list of what you've eaten (including condiments and any measurements) and had to drink. Some foods, while on plan, are personal inhibitors or triggers for us. Also, we can help you figure out if you are properly weighing your condiments/fats/lean/green...

LOL, you didnt gain nothing..our bodies retain water and our weight flucuates from day to day..also dontyou think once a week would be enough? LOL...for me it is...cuz of this reason.....

As others have said, this is not unusual. I had a thought though...have you recently added in more exercise? I have heard others say they stall or gain when they are getting too much exercise...
