I like them with 1/2 cup of water and ice in the blender.
You can add capella flavor drops to them too to change the flavor...
I mix 2 cups of Ice, 3 splenda packets, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons PB2 in the blender with the Dutch Chocolate shake mix. This makes a HUGE chocolate peanutbutter shake that I drink with a straw!.
I just finished drinking one and it's my favorite!..
If you mix it with a 1/2 c. water, then let it sit a while before blending it is creamier..
Mix with iced coffee (I also mix the swiss mocha, chai, frenchvanilla, RTD choc and vanillla and cappucino with coffeeI have created an Medifast version of Starbucks in my kitchen).
Mix with caramel diet pepsi.
Add marshmellow, PB or rasberry capella's.
Add a couple of drops of mint extract..
I add 1 tsp of decaffeinated instant coffee and a cup of ice blend it up and it tastes just like a Mocha Frappucino from Starbucks (I sure miss Starbucks ). It satisfies my iced coffee fix. I've had it at least three times this week.

I mix it with decaf coffee in place of the water and use coffee ice cubes and a splash of vanilla syrup in the blender. This makes even the vanilla yummy!..

Let me preface this by saying I always mix my shakes the night before I'm going to use them. I feel this makes them taste less "grainy". Now, here's what I've been doing...I recently bought a MB knock-off at Macy's. I mix the shake with 8 ounces of water, 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon decaf instant coffee and one tablespoon of Hershey's SF Chocolate syrup. Then I crush 3 ice cubes, put into shake and wizz away. I swear it comes out just like a Wendy's Frosty. As a matter of fact, it's so good I feel like I'm cheating!..
