That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..
LOL really? Howd did you make or ruin it??..
I added too much pepper...and it was really strong pepper too..
Oh..I dont use pepper..i used the LC cheese light and put two swiss wedges in there and it was delish!..
I was trying to cover up the cauliflower taste for hubby...
I'm deathly afraid of cauliflower.... so I've never made it in any form. But I'm considering trying it.....
Lulu-does your hubby like garlic? I add garlic (minced in the jar or in a refrigerated tube) and either a little parmesan cheese or light sour cream for the rest of the family. It mellows it out for those that don't like cauliflower as much...
Yeah I do garlic, but he says it still taste too much like cauliflower...
That is what I had! with some cheese on it- pretty tasty!..
I had cauli-rice stir fried with a dash of soy sauce, to go along with my Pam-sauteed turkey cutlets. Quite tasty, but I'm definitely looking for a small, affordable food processor now. Hand grating was a pain, in more ways than one. (Ouch!)..
Mmm that's totally what I had last night and it was SOOO GOOD! Instead of sour cream though I use cream cheese, yummmmy..
Wow! sneakysteph29, you have inspired me to give cauliflower a try. I love LC light swiss so that does sound really good...
I have got to try this - have been hearing about it for years LOL one of these days - do you just cook it to mush? then mash? I love cauliflower itself - so don't think I need to do much to cover up the taste..
I made the "cauliflower rice" that someone wrote about. I like the mashed cauliflower recipe. But I really love this. Just cut it up, throw it raw into a food processor and process into small rice size pieces. I then pan fry it. Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..
I don't even cook mine anymore, I just buy frozen, let it thaw then throw it in the ninja with the cheese and garlic, then zap it in the micro to make it hot..
Doesn't get any easier!..
