That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..
No I looked for them today and decided on your boca burgers. Next time I am at Costco I will look. I checked today at HEB...
I like HEB's "Natural Angus Beef Patties" better than Bubba Burgers mainly because of their fat content. Bubba Burgers are 35g and HEB's are 22g..
However, the Texas shaped Bubba Burgers make me feel all warm and patriotic inside...
LOL, I dont eat beef (its not whats for dinner here lmao)....HEB you said has them bubba burgers there? If so....ill be making apit stop this weekend!..
LOL, yes the boca burgers are very bland but it you spread some LC cheese on them they are delish...but idk how well you can stomach veggie things haha..
You know what would be good for campling kaboba..chicken with tomatoes and broccoli on them...kinda have mymouth watering lol..
Steph I didn't see them at HEB. Karen are the Bubba Burgers at HEB?..
Our HEB has beef bubbas, but not turkey. The beef ones are right near the fresh meat case, in the frozen meat section...
I am so jealous! No camping where I am yet....My favorite backcountry camping is still burried under a ton of snow! But, thanks for asking this question as I'll be watching to get some ideas for when camping season does arrive to NW Montana! I honestly hadn't really thought of this yet. I usually make my own food and then dehydrate.....I'll have to really think this through now! And I think, NO I KNOW, that my GORP is going to be totally a non-starter!.
Well guess no BUBBA turkey burgers for us lol..
YES I AM! I live in paradise! Glacier National Park is basically my backyard, Flathead National Forest is my frontyard, and my Pool(?)...that would be Flathead Lake, about 250 yards from my front door! Bowman Lake, up in GNP has got to be my FAVORITE spot on the planet! Steph, you can come visit me anytime...I got a couch that sleeps real comfy!..
Im on my way.
Wow, thats awesome and beautiful......
Wow. I can picture it. Sounds so beautiful. Lucky...
I am in Round Roc... thinking I saw turkey bubba's at SuperTarget... I'll look next time I'm there......
I will look too. Thanks for the the tip...
DH and I did a week-long vacation in that area about 4-5 years ago. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL area. We had huckleberry everything ... ice cream, pie, macaroons, cookies ... you name it, we had it! I bought lots of homemade huckleberry jam from a roadside vendor and brought it home for family and ourselves of course! That was all pre-MF, BTW! Glacier National Park is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to, and we stayed right on Flathead Lake for 2-3 days. It was awesome.
I'm jealous ... but not jealous of your winters (being a wimpy weather So Cal girl!). Judy..
DH and I have a 26' travel trailer and we go camping one weekend a month at least 9 months out of the year. I make EVERYTHING! From spaghetti squash dishes to almost anything on the BBQ. I'll attach two BBQ shrimp recipes I have that are awesome. Also, wrap any kind of veggie (green beans, broccoli, squash, anything) in aluminum foil with a little olive oil and salt and pepper and throw on the grill for about 15-20 minutes ... FANTASTIC! Truly the best! Enjoy, Judy..
The last time I went camping I got a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken from Costco, then picked it into 6 oz portions (the light meat anyway) and put it in a foil packet with two wedges of laughing cow lite swiss cheese (not strictly on plan, but I used it as a healthy fat for the evening). I also cut up bell peppers and put them in their own foil packet with just a spray coating of PAM's olive oil flavor. Then when it was nearing time for dinner I just tucked the foil packets in the coals of the camp fire and let 'em get nice and toasty. The peppers "grilled" and the chicken heated up and the cheese melted all in it. Yummy, and warm! (it was cold in the mountains when we went in the Spring)..
I fed the dark meat to my non-MF camp mates, LOL..
I thought I saw the turkey Bubba Burgers at the Leander HEB Plus or maybe it was Cedar Park Walmart. I will have to pay closer attention in the future. Costco's turkey burgers are good...they're always in my freezer. Costco also has a large selection of gourmet chicken burgers now. They're in the refrigerated section near the chicken & cold cuts...
Well, looks like Ill have to be going to costco...also...how many of those their turkey burgers or chicken burgers can we eat?..
You've got to roast a S'mores bar over the fire!..
If you make it back up to this area....make sure you stop by to say hi!..
We are going camping for Easter weekend and I am so going to do this!!.
One of my favorite meals is shish-kebabs. I feel like I can eat a delicious and healthy meal with these and still be on the program!..
