I tried Attain Shakes starting on Nov of 2005 and ending on 2006
I also tried Iron Tek as well as T-Slim 2000
Iron Tek was gross while T-Slim 2000 was inadequate

Other products I've tried included: WellBetX Revolutionary Appetite Control , Dieting for Dummies , and Microdiet

Overall, I would say that Attain Shakes is a sad diet product
