I tried Ascential starting on Apr of 2004 and ending on 2005
I also tried Dr. Shapiro's Picture Perfect Weight Loss as well as Zoeta
Dr. Shapiro's Picture Perfect Weight Loss was bummer while Zoeta was deficient

Other products I've tried included: ProShape Rx , Fat and Carb Blocker , and CortiSLENDER

Overall, I would say that Ascential is a sleazeball diet product
