I tried AmerMed starting on Sep of 2002 and ending on 2003
I also tried The New Optimum Nutrition Bible as well as Trim Blast
The New Optimum Nutrition Bible was awful while Trim Blast was gross

Other products I've tried included: AbGone , The Acid-Alkaline Diet for Optimal Health , and Nueslim-19

Overall, I would say that AmerMed is a amiss, diet product
