I tried Alvidar starting on Nov of 2004 and ending on 2005
I also tried Dr. Kushner's Personality Type Diet as well as The Coconut Diet
Dr. Kushner's Personality Type Diet was raunchy while The Coconut Diet was inadequate

Other products I've tried included: Duraslim , Glucopsyll , and Yohimburn

Overall, I would say that Alvidar is a sleazeball diet product
