I tried Fat and Carb Blocker starting on June of 2001 and ending on 2002
I also tried 24 Hour Fitness as well as Dicana
24 Hour Fitness was awful while Dicana was awful

Other products I've tried included: Power Pops , Omnitrition , and The 6-Day Body Makeover

Overall, I would say that Fat and Carb Blocker is a sad diet product
