Dr. Abravanel's Body Type Diet Review

I tried Dr. Abravanel's Body Type Diet starting on June of 2004 and ending on 2005
I also tried Ripped Fuel Extreme as well as Carbrite Diet Choco Brownies
Ripped Fuel Extreme was rough while Carbrite Diet Choco Brownies was crummy

Other products I've tried included: EFA Lean , ThermaZan2 , and The Step Diet

Overall, I would say that Dr. Abravanel's Body Type Diet is a junky diet product
