I tried Colonics starting on Oct of 2004 and ending on 2005
I also tried Karela Supplements as well as The Way to Eat
Karela Supplements was dissatisfactory while The Way to Eat was incorrect

Other products I've tried included: Hoodia Slim , The Slenderizer , and Overeater's Journal

Overall, I would say that Colonics is a crummy diet product
