I tried Choose to Lose starting on Nov of 2004 and ending on 2005
I also tried Monica Brant's Secrets to Staying Fit as well as Simply Weight Loss
Monica Brant's Secrets to Staying Fit was cheesy while Simply Weight Loss was sad

Other products I've tried included: L-Glutamine , PhenterLean , and Podfitness

Overall, I would say that Choose to Lose is a slipshod diet product
