I tried Chet Day starting on June of 2000 and ending on 2001
I also tried Fight Fat After Forty as well as The Patients Guide to Weight Loss Surgery
Fight Fat After Forty was cruddy while The Patients Guide to Weight Loss Surgery was cruddy

Other products I've tried included: Lipospa , Lean Fire , and The Skinny Rules

Overall, I would say that Chet Day is a crappy diet product
