Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..
It's true, gaining/losing weight does affect a person's feet! My mother's shoe size was a 7B when she got married. Over the next several years, she gained 100 pounds, and then she wore a 10 or 11!..
I was a size 7.5 until I lost 140 lbs, then I was an even 6...
I don't think the length has changed but I definately have a hard time keeping some of my slip on shoes on. The other day I almost fell down the stairs when my shoe came off!..
Well that's exciting! If I were to lose a shoe size I would certainly have an easier time finding shoes! My father, God be good to him, wore size 13s, as does the son of mine I named after him, and I wear an 11.5 or 12 in woman's, which is pretty hard to find and very expensive when I do. I sometimes cram into an 11 just because. To be an actual 11, or even a 10.5, would be very exciting!.
One more motivation for losing the weight! Thanks, ladies!..
I've gone from an 11 to a 9 1/2. I didn't really realize how big my shoes had gotten till I had to dress up for a funeral and walked right out of a pair of pumps. I lost a whole person, so most people won't have that big a drop, but you'll definitely lose something. Even the water weight you drop at the beginning makes a big difference in the way your shoes will fit...
I was an 8W, now I am a 7M!..
I've had to change out all my shoes (except I'm making do with my curling shoes for the rest of this season, I'll get new ones for next season) because I lost the WIDE part of my shoe size. I've been wearing 8W for at least 15 years, and now I wear just plain ol' 8s. :-)..
At my largest size I was wearing a 9 or 9.5 wide. Currently, and I'm not done losing yet, I'm wearing an 8B and even those are starting to feel loose. I used to wear a 6.5 or 7. I'd be amazed if I got my feet down into those ranges again. Would be nice, trying to find 8's in a sale is tough, plenty of 6.5 or 7's!..
In 111 pounds I've gone from an 8.5 to a 7.5...
I hope my feet don't get any smaller. It's hard enough finding nice shoes in a 5.5! It would be nice if my feet weren't so wide though so I'll just hope for that hehe..
I'm in a 6.5 to 7 I really don't want smaller feet...but if you did congrats!!!..
I've gone from a 9W to an 8 1/2 or 9M depending on the brand/style. I tried on several of my 8 1/2 heels (haven't worn heels in years) and they fit and actually don't hurt. Glad I hung on to them. I even went out and bought 2 pairs of new heels!..
Yep same with me, went from a 7.5 to a 6.5. Had to buy all new shoes...
Isn't that the truth! It's the same with clothes; I always assumed that shopping was easy for thin people and now it turns out that there might be lots of cute choices but my new size is completely gone before anything can go on sale. It's still better than the quest for anything cute in a 24, but it is a weird problem that I never knew existed...
I have just noticed this recently. I've lost 27 pounds and my shoes are a lot looser. I was actually thinking about getting my foot measured to see if I changed sizes!..
I went from a 10 to a 9! I don't want to buy too many shoes 'cause I still have a ways to go. It's a bummer....I had some cute shoes!..
My shoe size was the first NSV I really noticed; just the other day, I was trying on shoes - I normally wear a 9W, and I fit comfortably in an 8M - I was so impressed!..
