I experimented to today and came up with these cookies. I do not have any PB2, so I used the real thing. You could probably substitue it and use a little more water..

1 Medifast choc pudding.

1/4 tsp baking powder.

1/2 tsp cinn..

1 packet splenda.

1 tsp vanilla extract in a 1/4 measuring cup, then fill it almost full with water.

1 tbsp all natural peanut butter(no sugar added).

Mix all the dry ingredients, add the water w/van. extract, then the peanut butter. Mix well makes 5 cookies. spray cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 14 min..

Counts as 1 Medifast meal and I log the peanut butter under other foods. Enjou!..

What is PB2? And where do I find it?..

Pb2 is powered peanut butter. It has alot less calories. Here is the website:.

I am not sure where else you can get it..

OMGosh... THIS might just be my NEW favorite Medifast treat!.

I made this tonight with Medifast Hot Cocoa, PB2, baking powder, left out the splenda and used DaVinci Vanilla Syrup instead of vanilla extract. HEAVEN!!!!.

Thanks so much for the inspiration and YUMMIES!!!!!..

Can't wait to try these!! Do the cookies come out flat or do they have some thickness to them?..

My oh my!! Just made them for breakfast using 1 T pb2 in the recipe and 1 T pb2 mixed with a little SF vanilla syrup for "icing.".

Redsox, mine puffed up big and round in the toaster oven, then fell a bit when they came out. Either way they were great.....
