Medifast recipe for My Very Own Homemade Salsa?

1 lrg can petite diced tomatoes (drained ).

1/2 c cilentro.

5 chili peppers (really to taste depends on how hot ot mild you prefer).

1/2 roasted red bell pepper.

2 slices red onion.

2 squeezes lime.

2 tbs minced garlic.

2 Jalapenos.

You can chop all ingredients together yourself ( except diced tomatoes) or use a food chopper). Then just mix all ingredients together well. Chill in frig 1-2 hrs & enjoy..

I know that canned tomatoes actually have more vitamins than fresh because they are canned so soon after picked. The only thing I will change here are scallions for onions as I tend to shop with the veg list but this looks like a very acceptable Medifast recipe, which everyone will appreciate...

This is our first walk a thon. But I'm sure we'll do great. Thanks for your support. So far no one has sponsored us , but there's still almost a wk for that. How much did you raise to help these babies? Our goal is $500 & we have $0We plan to put what we can afford in , but we need help..

There is a nice quantitiy of the salsa & if you don't eat the whole thing by yourself the few red onions should not hurt anything. I just think they add a lot of flavor to the salsa. Let me how it taste w/ the scallions though...
