Thanks! I'm always looking for Shirataki recipes... Try using olive oil Pam to saute the veggies. Tastes great and it cuts out that little bit of added fat (I know, I'm paranoid). I'm curious, though... You boiled your noodles before adding to the pans, right?..
Yes, rinsed them really well and then boiled them for about three minutes. I love these noodles because they really take the edge off of hunger!.
I don't know how far you've been through the boards, but Gia has an Italian pasta bake recipe you might really be interested in. If you cut back the cheese a little bit, you can pair it with some chicken tenderloins and have a fabulously decadent chicken parmagiana.....

Click on the "Community Home" tab (to the left of the Discussion Boards tab). On the right-hand side of the page, there's a place to make your ticker. You choose from a drop down lbs or kgs, then choose what you're tracking. Fill out the information regarding your weight, then click the button. It'll walk you through the rest of the steps.....
