I'm trying this at home now - it sounds wonderful. How do you track this online? (How much for the onion, tomatoes, etc. at each meal.)..
Okay, so I didn't have anymore chili....but I did have Minestrone Soup. So I figured, why not ? I used italian style diced tomatoes instead, added a little salt, left out the splenda and voila !!! It was amazing. I loved it !!..
I am trying your soup suggestion tonight......wanted to tell you Chili comes in that free week.....have you used the promotion codes to get free weeks?..
THANK YOU! Finally a way to make the chili so that I can stand to eat it!..
I had trouble with the chili too until I added a bit more water and then put a plate over the top for 5 minutes like you do with the noodle soups. It cooked the beans fully so they weren't as crunchy..
I thought the promotion codes were only for newcomers. I didn't realize we could use them if we were already on the plan for awhile. Thankls..
I just ordered my first shipment today. I have been reading the recipe posts with great interest. You mentioned promotion codes. Where do you get those?.

I made the crockpot chili recipe on the stove top tonight (cooked it for about 45 minutes)...and I'm happy to report that I'm back on board with the chili!! WAHOO!! My only deviation from the recipe below is that I added some diced green peppers, onion powder instead of onion salt and a quarter packet of the hot mccormick chili powder mix (for 1 added carb.) I also added ground turkey and it made a world of difference! Counted this as a meal and an L&G, and it was well worth it! It was outrageously delish!.
Today is my 1 month Medifast bday and I'm so happy to be down 17 pounds!! I'm on top of the world!.
Hope you have a great Medifast day too!.
