Thanks, great idea!.
We will all be having that for Thanksgiving dessert! Everyone might be jealous...
Methinks OrangeBlood might be on to something here!.
I think we should start posting pictures of our dishes made with Medifast !!!..
Bear in mind, this is not a pudding. It's more of a thick drink....like egg nog. If you wanted to make it a true pudding, cut back on the water...
That sounds wonderful! Thanks for the great recipecan't wait to try it!..
Thanks so much for this... I am SO excited to try it!.

Oh wow, OrangeBlood! Now that's what I mean by "holiday food" so we don't feel deprived in a few weeks while everyone else is munching down on all the traditional fixins. Thanks so much!.
If you can come up with a recipe like this for all that French Vanilla shakes I have that I don't like, you'd be a peach (not an orange)...
Thank you....thank you. One of the biggest eggnog fans around. I even buy eggnog flavored coffee at one of the coffee shops when they start serving it for the Holidays. Where do you get the DaVinci syrups and are we allowed to use them (obviously in small amounts) to add flavor..Also, can we use extracts or imitation extract flavorings for our shakes without any problems to our Medifast diet??? Very new to Medifast and struggling a bit...
Yup, it's allowed. You can get them at http://www.davincigourmet.com/produc...avored_syrups/.
So far, I've found that I don't like the peanutbutter one (tried it twice and had to suffer through an unpleasant Medifast meal). Eggnog is very good. Chocolate is quite good. Haven't tried the rasberry or banana yet...
