I tried the Medifast Diet Program a couple of years ago, and would like to share my success story with all of you.
I became 30 years ago in 2005, and decided I was sick of going through my entire life with a size 13. I got married only a few years back, and was only a size 9.. I so desperately wanted to go back in time to the good old days. After I gave birth to my first child, I started to gain more and more weight. This, along with a job that consisted of sitting all day, and welll.. you know what happened.

I also loved the way I kept losing lbs every single week.. the results were quick and stunning.. I lost 3 lbs the first week, and each and every week afterwards, my weight kept going down! I kept following the diet until I reached my ideal weight. I can't stress how easy the diet is. Especially when you weigh yourself each week, and see that scale going down continuously.
By the end of the year, all of my clothes did not fit with me. I had to give them to charity! When I went shopping for new clothes, I was literally on a natural high. I haven't felt this good in years. My body looked great. I looked youthful and energized. My waist was slim, and I had a newly refreshed self-esteem.
