Medifast Support: I think this is a double recipe so it is one meal and one snack per recipe. She specifies in the recipe that it makes two crusts..
Yes, you need to count this as 1 meal and 1 snack for HALF the recipe (or each one)..

I had THE most yummy dinner last night. Hubby wanted a frozen pizza... DID NOT even look good to me. Normally, I would have been salivating all over, wishing I could have it..
I had a big salad with spritzer's for dressing and had a cracker bread made up so I made my own pizza with leftover roasted chicken and skim mozzarella. OMG, I was in HEAVEN-it was so good!!! I can't wait to have it again!.
1/2 cracker bread recipe (1 bread out of the 2 you make).
1/4 c chunky tomato spaghetti sauce (only 10 carbs per 1/2 cup) adds 5 carbs.
3-4 oz roast chicken cut in strips.
2-3 oz skim mozzarella.
The cracker bread is already cooked so just pop it under the broiler until the top stuff is heated and cheese is melted. Cut in 4 squares and they are ALL yours. I was so full and satisfied!!!.
We are going to the movies tonight. I am taking my other cracker bread tonight and having it with a bottle of water instead of popcorn. I have done with this with the cr broccoli soup crackers and it works..

I had my evening Medifast meal at dinner and was so full I wouldn't have been able to "eat" it anyway..
Is it ok once or twice a week to have the Medifast meal with your L&G like this?.
