Eating a not-as-tasty-as-I-was-hoping-it-would-be chicken caeser salad for lunch.

Since I'll still need my protein, cuase there really isn't a whole lot of chicken in this salad, I'm going to have some of Steph's famous cheese sticks..

I wish! Wendy's spicy chicken caesar salad is soooo yummy! I went to the cafeteria here at work since it's closer than Wendy's to try it out, it's not awful it's just not... Wendy's spicy chicken caesar salad lol..

I had some chicken salad and fresh veggies. It was like a summer picnic lunch up in here.

You know minus the fried chicken and coleslaw and chips ......

I took 3.5 oz of leanest turkey, 1 oz lowfat shredded mozzarella, and 1/3 cup egg beaters. I sauteed the turkey in my favorite homemade blackening seasoning... I combined the above with 1/2 of my roasted broccoli. Then I put it all in a small loaf pan and baked it at 350 for 20 minutes. It. Was.

Good. !!!.

So there you go... a little turkey broccoli bake!..

Probably grilled/broiled fish, salad, steamed vegis no oil/butter... but I'm open!! lolol.

I had broccoli/cauliflower mix steamed and 5 oz of 93/7 ground hamburger made into patties and broiled w/a little steak seasoning mixture and WF hickory honey bbq. So yummy!..

I had three scrambled eggs when I got home from work this morning, so I'm doing a green only dinner. I just cleaned out the leftover cauli-rice, which was about half of what I to find the other half. I may roast a little brocolli in the toaster oven, since I only need a bit...

Tilapia, green beans and broccoli. Not sure just what I'm gonna do since this is the end of my beloved broccoli. Guess a trip to the market is on my to-do list for tmrw - oh wait, just remembered I have a spaghetti squash I bought. Never ever ever in my life have I had spaghetti squash let alone made it but saw some great ideas in the recipe area and thought "eh, what the heck, give it a whirl" LOL!..

I'm in a rut, grilled chicken strips, romaine lettuce, WF Creamy Bacon dressing and freshly ground pepper. Just like last night (took little DS to baseball practice and he had a Happy Meal, so I count it as a victory for not getting something yummy there!).

Buffalo chicken salad with meatless chicken, iceberg lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and chopped cucumbers. Frank's Red Hot sauce as dressing. A tablespoon of blue cheese as added protein since I swam a mile today!..

Random meal stemming from not feeling like cooking today. Cottage cheese (with WF pancake syrup drizzled on top), string cheese, and leftover roasted zucchini with LC cheese melted on top. The zucchini kind of turned into a big mushy mess in the microwave, but it was a cheesy mess so it's all good...
