I took 3.5 oz of leanest turkey, 1 oz lowfat shredded mozzarella, and 1/3 cup egg beaters. I sauteed the turkey in my favorite homemade blackening seasoning... I combined the above with 1/2 of my roasted broccoli. Then I put it all in a small loaf pan and baked it at 350 for 20 minutes. It. Was.
So there you go... a little turkey broccoli bake!..

I had broccoli/cauliflower mix steamed and 5 oz of 93/7 ground hamburger made into patties and broiled w/a little steak seasoning mixture and WF hickory honey bbq. So yummy!..

Random meal stemming from not feeling like cooking today. Cottage cheese (with WF pancake syrup drizzled on top), string cheese, and leftover roasted zucchini with LC cheese melted on top. The zucchini kind of turned into a big mushy mess in the microwave, but it was a cheesy mess so it's all good...
