Learn the Secret to Losing Weight...
Should I Try Hoodia Dex L10?
There are many brands of Hoodia in the market today. There's no such thing as plain Hoodia Gordonii - there's HoodiThin, Hoodia Trim, and Hoodia Dex-L10, which is what I will be talking about in this article.
Also known as Hoodoba, Hoodia Dex L10 is a relatively new brand of Hoodia that claims to have no side effects like those other brands. Side effects such as making your body shake, irregular heartbeats, and insomnia.
What do I think of Hoodia Dex L10?
Because of how ineffective it is, and the huge number of side effects, I simply can't recommend this diet supplement to people. If you want a good natural diet supplement, you should definitely look at Hoodia Gordonii. I went from 200 lbs to 135 with Hoodia Gordonii, and it did so with Absolutely No Side Effects.Learn More About Hoodia Gordonii...
Hoodia Dex L10 contains 500 mg (more potent forms of Hoodia usually contain 750 mg or so). It is designed like regular Hoodia in that it suppresses your appetite by tricking your brain. It is pretty heavily marketed, and the main difference they emphasize is that it has no side effects. Claims are nice and good, but does Hoodoba really work, as they claim?
Does it have zero side effects? Here are 2 reviews written by 2 people who have tried Hoodia Dex L10.
From Carol Hayes:
"I took Hoodia Dex L10 back on April, and followed the directions. I took 3 pills thrice a day. I had good success with HoodiThin but I'm always looking for more progress. Well, the first day or 2, I experienced some serious side effects. After dinner, I vomited everything I ate, and felt an enormous amount of dizziness. I lowered my dosage, and still felt some dizziness. I couldn't concentrate at work whatsoever. I never really get a lot of migraines but I got at least once per day.
After 2 weeks, I noticed absolutely no difference in my appetite. I usually eat more than 3000 calories a day, and snack often.. I just can't stop it.. I'm not one of those people that eat because they're depressed, or have life issues. I eat because I can't do anything else if I don't eat a snack to make me full. HoodiThin did suppress my appetite a lot, but my friend told me Hoodia Dex L10 was better. I don't doubt it works for him, but for me it simply never had an effect on me.
I stopped taking Hoodia Dex after a month, and am resuming HoodiThin. Unlike other forms of Hoodia, Hoodithin is a liquid extract form of Hoodia Gordonii, which should make it easier to digest, and absorb. I would recommend using that, instead of Hoodia Dex L10."
From Barbara Giles:
"The only thing Hoodia Dex did for me was give me massive headaches, and pains. The company I bought it from claimed it had 0 side effects, but everyday I felt dizzy, and just couldn't live my life at all. I ended up taking other medications while taking Hoodia Dex.
I called their number and asked them why I felt these headaches, but they simply told me that it wasn't because of the Hoodia. I was very angry at them, and ended up arguing with their customer service for a hour or so. These people are just a bunch of liars, and frauds. I can't believe I gave my credit card info to these people. I tried cancelling my orders (since I requested a re-order every month), but they keep on sending me bottles every month! I called them and request to cancel, but they still keep mailing them to me.

To effectively lose weight, you must find a way to reduce your appetite. One product that does this is Hoodia Gordonii Plus, which can suppress your appetite, boost your metabolism, burn fat, as well as give you most energy. I personally tried Hoodia Gordonii a few years ago, and it helped me lose 15 lbs a month, and go down from 210 to under 150 lbs in a year.
