Make Ice Cream out of it. 1 Cup ice 1/2 cup water and 1 tsp of FF cream cheese and pudding mix. Mix well in blender. Taste pretty good to me...

Let me know what you think after you have tried it. I hope you enjoy it. I do, in fact I just finished it. LOL..

I find if you dont add enough water, and shake it very very very very very very well, it doesnt come out correctly. If done correctly it's good..

Good luck,.

I add some made pb2 and then pop it in the freezer. Tastes almost as good as the basken robins peanutbutter chocolate icecream!!!..

I just make it in the blender like a shake, with water and ice and add a splenda with it. (a little vanilla or almond extract is good too) even without that creamcheese (i dont trust myself with it personally) it tastes great, just like a shake. no clue why this makes such a difference!..

I make the ice cream daily and I love it, especially since the weather isn't freezing cold here anymore. Sometimes I add Molly MCButter-the salty taste helps cut the odd taste and makes it taste more rich in my book! Good luck!..

I actually like it the way it is but I think it tastes more chocolately if I add some Double Chocolate drops to it. Also I really whisk the hell out of all the puddings to get a nice texture..

But most often I use the chocolate pudding (and other puddings) for dbbthreads ice cream. I often add Walden's chocolate syrup to it to make it taste richer...

Ok, so for a few weeks now, I've been reading these ice cream posts and didn't try because I really like the pudding just the way it is.

But I decided to kick it up a notch and make the ice cream. Verdict is in....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

All I had was lite cream cheese, and I used a tsp., but it was really yummy. My blender apparently sucks because it wouldn't crush all the ice completely...so I had to fish the big ol chunks out, but it was still wonderful - my 2 year old came in and said, "This is for Sophia!" .....I wasn't about to share! So I had to give her a little dish of the real stuff at 10:00 a.m. It's not fair for Mommy to eat it if she can't!..

Either add flavor drops or make custard. For custard, I first mix 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup egg whites, and 4-6 flavor drops (whatever flavor you want). Then, whisk in a packet of pudding. Stick it in the microwave for 1 minute then poke it with a fork (like if you make scrambled eggs in the microwave - to move the cooked part toward the middle. Then put it back in for 30 seconds, repeat fork pokey, then 15 seconds. Then move it to the fridge for 15 minutes. Top it off with 2 tbsp sugar free whipped cream...

I mixed a pkg. of oatmeal and 1 of choc pudding, 1/8 t. baking powder, dash of salt. I divided this in half. To the half, I added 1 oz. of chopped walnuts,a little vanilla and 1/3 c.

I baked on a pam sprayed cookie sheet at 375 for about 10 min on lower shelf of oven. (5 cookies) They were so good! I am a nut freak, so any thing with nuts, I love. 1 oz. of walnuts is your snack for the day. The reason I divided the mixture in 1/2 is, if I didn't, I would eat the whole thing.

Oh, most of you would probably want to add some sweetner. I don't like things too sweet, so I didn't...

I love using to make cakes and no-bake fudge and brownies. You use eggs with the pudding and a bit of baking powder to make cake. (I use my SF Syrups to change up the flavoring).

Mix the Hot Cocoa with Pudding to make brownies. The recipe floating on the boards is done with chocolate pudding but I like it better made with the cocoa mix and vanilla pudding which tastes more like milk chocolate to me.

I really never eat the pudding "as is" but mainly because I use it in cake, brownies, fudge and ice cream!.

Good luck!..

Bump...

I added some sugar-free raspberry syrup to my chocolate pudding tonight and it was delicious. But maybe I'm weird...I like the pudding plain, too!..

A few weeks ago Diane1 posted an idea to add a little Peppermint extract to the chocolate pudding. Tastes like a mint Girl Scout Cookie..

Most of the time, I use the chocolate pudding to make the brownies. It makes 4 at a time and I love having them in the fridge ready to go when I need something fast..

I use it for muffins, ice cream and now, my sister's cake recipe! She uses it for fudge, which is the icing for the cake now...

Ditto the raspberry syrup! Or orange extract and Splenda....

Or I make it with Splenda, double chocolate drops and put a spoonful of Walden Farms orange spread on top... mmmmmm!..
