Hi Everyone,.

This is a really easy (no syrup needed) recipe for fluffy and tasty apple cinnamon peanut butter cookies. They're the best ones I've made yet. Here's what you need:.

2 packets of apple cinnamon oatmeal.

1 tablespoon of creamy natural peanut butter.

1 tablespoon of splenda brown sugar blend it is less than 2 carbs!.

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

1/2 teaspoon of baking power.

Water to mix.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes and top with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray...

Makes 2 meals and 1 snack. You will be full, trust me.....

Gotta get some of that Splenda and try it... I am allowing small amounts of peanut butter back into my life... LOL... so this sounds good!..

Mmm. I think I'll make these on Sunday to stick in my pocket to bring snowboarding. I don't have the brown sugar splenda though, think a packet of stevia will work ok?..

I think regular splenda or stevia would be fine. I just thought the splenda brown sugar blend gave it a "real" cookie flavor...

I did not have apple cinnamon oatmeal or the brown sugar splenda, so decided to experiment a bit with your recipe combined one packet of maple and brown sugar oatmeal with a tablespoon peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 3 tablespoons davinci sf butterscotch syrup, and water to mix. I made 6 little peanut butter butterscotch cookies counted as 1 Medifast meal and 1 snack. Yummy!..

Thank-you. Thank-you. After trying my first Medifast meal (Strawberry shake that did not taste like strawberry) I was really concerned about my potential to do this program. I decided to try these cookies. These taste very good and no funny aftertaste. Makes me believe I can find ways to make this program work...

Personally, I'd be cautious about adding splenda brown sugar blend, it contains sugar and molasses, both which are not on plan.

Bookkat, I can't stand the strawberry shakes. Some people like them blended with crystal light though. Give everything a fair chance though..

I'm so glad that you enjoyed the cookies!! Regular splenda does the trick. I don't think the 2 grams of carbs from the brown sugar blend would hurt, though... Especially if it keeps you on the program. Don't give up. Keep going...
