Question I have... About Medifast Diet..NOT A QUESTION? Thanks for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. If you don't get all your Medifast meals in? A few days I have not really felt that hungry, so I have not eat between two or three meals a day...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

I have missed meals a couple times since I started, (4 weeks ago) due to migraine headaches, the only way to get rid of them is medication and sleep, and I don't wake myself up every two hours or so to eat. I have not noticed any issues with it, however, since all I am doing at the time is sleeping that may be why it hasn't kicked me into a slow down...

I get all my Medifast meals in but sometimes the veggies and lean meat portions are too big and I can't get the entire meal in. I am new to this so I don't know what that will do to my weight loss. Tonight I was hungry and had no problem eating my entire portion...

I started splitting my lean and green between lunch and dinner because I couldn't eat all of at once. That worked out well for me..

It is really important to eat everything on this program. It is low calorie as is and if we don't eat all 5 and the entire lean and green, it is too low calorie...

Do everything you can to get all of those meals in. Otherwise your metabolism will slow down to a virtual standstill. Regardless of appetite, if you have the means and time to get your meals in, get them in!..

In addition to splitting your L and G, some people find it easier to get everything down by mixing one of their veggie servings into an Medifast soup, etc. You do want to get everything in...

If you check the Nutrionist's forum you'll find that they recommend doubling up on your Medifast meals. The most important thing is to eat all 5 meals plus your L&G in a 24 hour period..
